You’ve written a book. Now it’s time to send it into the world! For many authors, marketing can be daunting, and publishers do not put the same effort into publicity for all authors. The landscape can be even tougher for independently published authors.
That’s where I come in!

With a combined audience of over 100,000 monthly readers and over one million monthly impressions, there’s no better middle grade website to publicize your book. I offer a variety of promotional options–from free to high-end–to match your budget. My audience is 90% US-based and a mix of parents, teachers, and librarians!

“I had a very nice spike in sales that month, which I definitely attribute (at least in large part!) to your promotion. That’s awesome!”
— E.C. Quinn, Author of Premonition: The Gift

My newsletter is the weekly email I send to almost 7000 subscribers. It has a 50% open rate, which means over 2500 people open it and click on links every week. Authors looking to reach out to a new audience can use this service. I generally prepare “Meet the Author” questions for a short interview on the site, which loyal readers can enjoy. The interview will also feature links to the author’s book, as well as social media and website links. Cost: $150.
Discussion Guide Creation
Free discussion guides can be a great way to connect educators with your book and showcase its potential for classroom use. If you’re an author looking for an experienced team to create a discussion guide for your book, I’d love to hear from you! All my guides are created in collaboration with a certified US teacher-librarian. Samples available upon request. Cost: $400
Sponsor a Virtual Author Visit
Reading Middle Grade offers FREE virtual author visits to Title I schools in the US. Authors (plus brands and publishers) can now sponsor a virtual author visit for underfunded schools. When you sponsor a visit, you get to present a 3-5-minute pitch of your book to attending schools either live or in a pre-recorded video. This is an invaluable opportunity to bring your book to its target audience. Pricing starts at $500

“I love the discussion guide so much! It is all so thorough and insightful! It was so special to see someone take such loving care with my story and characters and understand everything I was going for so deeply! This is such an amazing resource that honors the book so completely, and I am so very grateful!”
— Laurie Morrison, Author of Keeping Pace

“I tried to find something to comment on regarding the draft, but honestly, I love it. As an educator myself, it hit all the points for me. So, I’m happy with this moving forward as is. You both truly did a great job. Thank you! “
— Lakita Wilson, Author of Be Real, Macy Weaver
