Hooray, I don’t read as much contemporary but I’ve actually read one of these books! (KEEPING PACE). Great list. I love to see the variety of MG stories we’re getting these days about working through challenging relationships and tackling adversity head on.

I’m not keen on epistolary stories either but it sounds like I should check this one out!

Just used in my classroom to generate interest for their independent reading goals! Even my reluctant readers found some books to explore and my high readers said they stumbled upon some books they hadn’t read before.

Not sure how seriously I can take these reviews with grammatical errors such as “could care less” when it should be “could not care less”. As a public writer/blogger, etc. proof reading should be a given. Yikes!
